Adriana Zuccala

Managing Director

Adriana is a qualified lawyer with 25 years’ experience in the financial services, property and legal sectors, including over 15 years operating mortgage and property development funds and as Partner of a large national law firm, specialising in property development and financing.

Adriana is also a member of the UDIA Victoria Finance & Investment Committee, Deputy Chair of MS Plus, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Financial Services Institute of Australia. She was formerly Deputy Chair of VincentCare Victoria and VincentCare Community Housing.

Adriana ensures the utmost diligence in all aspects of the business.

Belinda Magee

Chief Operating Officer

Belinda is a qualified lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in property development and construction, including as Senior Associate at a large national law firm, and as the Commercial Manager and General Counsel of a prominent construction company.

This experience allows Belinda to consider and resolve potential legal, construction and property development issues, whilst applying attention to detail to ensure operational quality controls are maintained and risks are properly managed.

Melissa Vo

Chief Financial Officer

Melissa is a Certified Practising Accountant with over 10 years’ experience providing accounting and taxation services.

Melissa brings strong technical skills to her role as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for managing financial strategy and overseeing critical financial functions. Melissa works collaboratively with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, solicitors, lenders, and borrowers.

Stephen Hall

Chief Investment Officer

Stephen enjoyed a 25-year career with ANZ in both Sydney and Melbourne. He has held various other senior positions in capital and advisory firms involving non-bank debt and equity activities, including in South Eastern Queensland.

As a specialist real estate financier, Stephen has expertise in alternate funding solutions. He is adept at reconciling borrower’s aspirations with investors return objectives via appropriate risk mitigation methods.

Michael Shinton

Portfolio Manager

Michael Shinton is the Portfolio Manager for the funds management arm of Supra Capital. He is responsible for the management and product development for the first mortgage pooled funds and plays a key role in investor relations in conjunction with the investor services team.

Over the last 20 years Michael has held senior finance roles in the property industry for various property development and asset management businesses where his responsibilities have included capital raising, debt management and general finance requirements for large and medium scale projects.

Michael is a CPA, ACMA and a graduate of the Harvard General Management program.

Jillian Lazzara

Investor Services Manager - Victoria & NSW

Jillian has 15 years of experience working as a highly skilled business process analyst and project manager, primarily focused on relationship management.

Jillian’s key strength is her ability to build and enhance relationships with the firm’s existing and prospective investors, and she has a proven track record of outstanding client engagement.

Nicola Reeves

Investor Services Manager - Queensland

Nicola has been working in the finance industry for over 25 years, with the last 17 years dedicated to private banking.

Her experience in both international and large domestic private banking offices has resulted in a keen appreciation for meeting the objectives of private wealth, which motivated Nicola to directly offer investors quality investment opportunities. In her spare time, she also volunteers as Treasurer for the Royal Queensland Art Society.

Warren Membrey

Senior Investment Manager - Victoria

Warren is a highly experienced property professional, who previously worked at the Bank of Melbourne / Westpac Group for over 30 years. As a senior member of the Bank of Melbourne Property team he was responsible for sourcing and managing a variety of residential and commercial development projects including commercial investment transactions.

Warren has specialised in construction and development lending for many decades and brings a wealth of knowledge in this area.

Richard Vidaic

Senior Investment Manager - Victoria

Richard is a Senior Investment Manager at Supra Capital with nearly 25 years working within the banking and finance industry. Richard is a highly experienced property finance professional who has previously worked with the NAB, Bank of Melbourne / Westpac Group and in private lending. During this time, he has been responsible for originating, structuring, and managing a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Richard specialises in site finance, project funding and residual stock loans. He is focussed on achieving best outcomes and delivering successful development and investment lending solutions.

David Distefano

Senior Investment Manager - Victoria & NSW

David is a highly experienced property professional who previously worked with the National Australia Bank for almost 10 years. As part of NAB’s Commercial Real Estate team, David developed and managed a large portfolio of key Commercial Property clients.

David possesses a background of strong property credit risk fundamentals, stemming from his experience within the impaired asset department of the NAB, together with a vast network of stakeholders within the commercial property industry.

Matthew Golledge

Head Investment Manager - Queensland

Matt has 20 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry, including 14 years at Westpac, supporting projects located in Queensland. Throughout the course of his career Matt has originated over $1b in property development and investment transactions and has been involved in the full spectrum of real estate funding.

Matt brings a depth of understanding and experience in relation to all facets of real estate investment and development in Queensland.

Tim Kulman

Senior Investment Manager - Queensland

Tim is a multi-skilled property professional with experience across both Victoria and Queensland. Tim most recently worked in the Westpac Commercial Property team where he was a Senior Banker in Brisbane. During his time at Westpac, Tim specialised in property investment and development projects and was responsible for the preparation and end-to-end management of a property portfolio across all asset classes.

Tim brings over 5 years of experience with property transactions and has a Relationship First approach to assisting new and existing borrowers.

Dyson Agiejew

Analyst - National

Dyson has experience working as both a business support officer and personal banker at Westpac and in loan operations at a private lender. Dyson has a passion for property and prior to his finance roles, worked at a prominent real estate agency.

He plays a key role in thorough due diligence analysis and management of lending opportunities at Supra Capital.
