Michael Happell, Chairman

Michael is a founding partner of Supra Capital and a member of the Credit Committee. With a professional focus on tax law, specifically transfer pricing, Michael is widely recognised as one of Australia’s top tax advisors.

He recently retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a partner for twenty-four years, including four years as chairman of the Australian firm. His current roles include executive positions with the Melbourne Cricket Club, Breast Cancer Network Australia, My Prosperity and PWC’s global board.

Neil Bryson – Director

Neil is a founding partner of Supra Capital and a member of the Credit Committee. He has an accomplished career in real estate, specialising in property development and investment. The last twenty years have seen Neil head CGA Bryson and the Bryson Group, managing operating divisions that included funds management, commercial property development and asset management. Neil’s leading approach has been to identify strategic opportunities and seek out innovative, best practice solutions.

Adriana Zuccala – Managing Director

Adriana is a founding partner of Supra Capital. She is a qualified lawyer with extensive experience in the financial services, property and legal sectors. Adriana has spent the past decade operating contributory mortgage schemes and property development funds, as well as being general counsel of CGA Bryson. Prior to that she was a partner of a large national law firm, specialising in property development and financing. Adriana ensures the upmost diligence in all aspects of the business.

Andrew Newbold – Director

Andrew is a founding partner of Supra Capital and a member of the Credit Committee. Following more than twenty years’ practising commercial law, Andrew has held executive positions for a range of private companies and not-for-profit organisations, including directorship at CGA Bryson. He is a current commissioner of the Australian Football League having recently retired as a chairman and president of the Hawthorn Football Club (HFC). Spending thirteen years on the HFC board, Andrew played a key role in the club’s recent growth and success.

Peter Nankivell – Non-Executive Director

Peter enjoys an extensive legal career with almost thirty years practising in the areas of banking and commercial law. He currently consults to Thomson Freer Lawyers, where he maintains his practice, and was formerly chairman of the Board of Partners of Herbert Greer. As well as counselling a number of bank and non-bank financiers, Peter’s clients include private and public companies, family firms and high net worth individuals, for whom he is a trusted and strategic advisor. Other current roles include chairman of the Centre for Eye Research Australia Limited, Eye Research Australia Foundation, the Ansell Foundation, and board positions with the Xavier College Foundation and the Hawthorn Football Club.
